Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the shelves to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the shelves and all mounting hardware back into the original box, ensuring plenty of padding to prevent scratches during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
